The Bullpen was Co-Founded by Russell Royce (Right) and Dylan Michaelis (Left) in July of 2019. We support repair facilities by increasing revenue while giving advisors more time to focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Russell and Dylan are both experienced high-volume estimators that have worked in multiple multi-state MSOs and are consistent in their ability to ensure shops are reimbursed for what they are owed to complete a repair.
