The Bullpen believes repair facilities should be reimbursed for every nut, bolt, process, and material required to properly repair a vehicle. We write estimates based on procedures that the manufacturer mandates are required to properly restore a vehicle to pre-loss condition. Our goal is to allow your team to focus on customers, while we handle the time-consuming processes.

250$ Monthly and 2% of any file that The Bullpen manages
This includes The Bullpen logging into your system as requested to write/re-key an estimate, start the supplement process, update the estimate with missing and required items per manufacturer procedures, and continue fighting to get the estimate approved by the insurance so your team doesn't have to.
TRAINING
Billed as needed
Training prices are dependent on what is needed. For example, The Bullpen doesn't charge for small day to day interactions with your staff that may help them in the future. However, should you have a new employee that needs a set aside amount of time to be brought up to speed, it would include a fee depending on the knowledge needed by the employee to become up to par.
TOTAL LOSSES
$50/$75/$100
Total losses written to $5,999 or below will be charged a $50 processing fee.
Total losses written from $6,000 to $10,000 will be charged a $75 fee.
Total losses written to anywhere above $10,000 will be charged a $100 fee.
